About Kristen

Kristen is a physician with training in Family Medicine and serves as the Practice Manager at Ascend Psychiatry & Wellness. She helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with our practice.

She earned her medical degree in 2013 and draws on her clinical background to make the care process clearer and less overwhelming for patients and their families.

How Kristen Supports Our Patients

Kristen has a warm and approachable style, and she believes that people feel their best when they feel heard and understood. She works closely with both patients and providers to keep communication smooth, compassionate, and reassuring, and she enjoys helping create an atmosphere where people can relax and feel at ease.

As a mom of two, Kristen understands the ups and downs of daily life and carries that empathy into the way she connects with others.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Kristen loves spending time with her family, exploring new food and culture, and focusing on wellness and balance.

Note: Kristen serves as Practice Manager and does not see patients in a clinical role.

If you'd like to book a clinical appointment, please meet our treating providers or request an appointment.
